I came to Klein Fitness shortly after turning 40, tired of feeling run down and tired all of the time. Corey took time to listen to where I was at and came up with a plan to get me feeling healthy and stronger. 

 

After the first few weeks, I could tell a HUGE difference. After a year, I was feeling better than I had ever felt in my life! Corey is simply great at encouraging and helping you believe you can do more than you think you can, all while coaching you through actually implementing the plan.
