My "why" has led me to explore my passions related to health. We all have different definitions of what it means to cultivate health. These range from being physically fit, to cognitively sharp, emotionally stable, or spiritually healed. I approach training for both the physical and mental health of my clients. By using science, research, and connection I help people reach the best version of their whole-selves.
 

Personally, exercise makes other areas of my life more fulfilling and I enjoy sharing that feeling with other people. Exerting energy, and connecting to my body, helps me feel whole.
