Coach Matt is a native of Brooklyn, NY. He attended Tennessee Tech University where he completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Pre-Physical Therapy, and Fitness and Wellness. He was a decorated member of TTU's varsity basketball team from 2010-2014. After his second of three knee surgeries in college, Coach Matt (Mar-say) changed his major from Business to Pre-Physical Therapy. He committed himself to educating and training clients and athletes on chief fitness and wellness principles that assist in the prevention of future injuries.
